Great location, charming room, polite and helpful staff. The hotel is located a 2-minute walk away from MG Road, and also very close to bus and taxi stands. Convenient and safe, we had a very enjoyable stay.
One of the best hospitality experiences that you will have. Helpful nature and service by the staff would solve and help in any issues at any time. Had to leave for a day and they happily took care of the luggage which was collected late night, unlike many hotels. Highly recommended!
Will certainly prefer to stay again here. 5-star rating for location, cleanliness and supporting staff. They provided a room heater on extra charge. Room is big and good for family stay.
I have never stayed anywhere that I could compare to this. I have paid the same amount of money if not more for some of our accommodations. Staff have an excellent attitude. Even my little daughter didn’t want to leave this place. Also, Kanchenjunga is clearly visible from the room.
Room was comfortable, neat and clean. The front desk was quite helpful. Room service and housekeeping somewhat scaled-down after the first day’s spectacular show. The staff were polite. TV never worked during our stay. Washroom needed some repair work. Altogether our stay was quite relaxing.
